Stress has become part & parcel of our lives & is the silent culprit which affects our health, productivity in work , as well as our relationships. Now although each one of us, is on our own terms trying to fight with our day to day challenges, no one of us has received a scientific or formal training to cope with our stressors in a healthy & constructive way. This module helps us understand the meaning of stress, how it affects different dimensions of our physical, mental & social health & the practical & effective ways of dealing with it.
